HG 50 Bar
Description
Olympic lifts are common in Crossfit® and the Olympic bar has in the past been the best match. We have developed the HG-50 with this in mind, ensuring reliable sleeve rotation and a moderate amount of bar whip for these lifts, however we’ve removed the center knurling creating a more passive neck friendly bar.
