We are continually improving our products through collected reliability testing data. Our lab technicians regularly perform a wide range of research and performance tests through all stages of the development and production cycle. Testing allows us to identify any potential reliability concerns as well as making timely adjustments to our production processes.

Material Testing

Our commitment to using the best raw material available helps ensure that we are producing the highest quality fitness accessories available. Raw material specifications are tested and verified, on site, prior to materials entering our production facility. Any non-conforming goods are immediately removed from our raw material inventory and do not enter our manufacturing facility. Inspections are performed at each stage of production to ensure we are adhering to our customers’ specification and tolerances.
 
Our high-grade materials include German urethane, Malaysian rubber, and steel from one of the most consistent mills in China. Commitment to using the best raw material available helps ensure that we are producing the highest quality fitness accessories on the world market.

Product Testing

Our lab technicians perform a wide range of testing on finished products. Testing includes salt spray corrosion, sunlight concentrator, rubber / urethane age acceleration, color retention, exposure testing, Delta E colour tolerance, and destruction testing. Tensile, tear and abrasion testing are done on all rubber and urethane products. Metallurgical testing includes iron tensile strength testing, chrome plating and weld analysis.
 
Inhouse lab audits, quality verification and compliance certifications are all done by internationally recognized TPIAs. All of our commercial free-weights have been made to withstand the punishment sustained in high-usage commercial facilities.
