Description
The HDr Bar is similar in in appearance as our HG 50 Bar, but made of a more ridged, high tensile strength spring steel. Ideal for squats, bench press and non-Olympic style lifts are common in Crossfit® in a high usage commercial club setting. No center knurling for a more neck friendly bar.
